Dulse Brown Bread

  • 600 g Self Raising Flour
  • 100 g Wheat Bran
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • Small Handful of Dulse Cut Up (( add to desired taste cut into nice chunks))
  • Buttermilk to combine
  1. Preheat oven to 190oc
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  3. Add in egg and dulse and stir.
  4. Slowly mix in butter milk till tacky and sticky dough.
  5. Add 2 loaf tins buttered and flour on the inside of tins.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Slice once cool and add butter with Kilard Cheddar to each slice.
  8. Enjoy!!!
