Donegal Farmhouse Cheese Potato skins

  • 6 small to medium rooster potato
  • 1 pinch Sea salt & black pepper
  • 6 strips of smoked bacon
  • 4 oz kilard cheddar (Grated)
  • 1 dash Donegal olive oil
  • 1 Portion of Hellmann garlic mayo
  1. Preheat fryer to 200 degrees. Preheat the grill in your oven to Max.
  2. Scrub and Clean potato.
  3. Cut the potato skins off the potato to your liking. (skinny or Thick)
  4. Cut the bacon in to bits and fry then in a pan.
  5. Fry the potato in the fryer for 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. After the potato skins are fried leave to rest for five minutes while turning your fire to Max heat
  7. Fry for Another 7to 10 minutes to get crispy
  8. Add potato skins to a bowl add bacon bits salt and pepper garlic Mayo mix Altogether
  9. Put the mix into a container add cheese grill for 4 to 5 minutes Till cheese melts to your liking.
